Th!nk Problem

My Th!nk sometimes refuses to operate after it has been sitting out in the sun for a couple of hours. You have to turn 'off' the disconnect switch under the seat and wait a couple of minutes, then turn it back 'on'. A lot like rebooting a computer.

Is this a warranty issue???

My warranty runs out June 9th.

I believe this most definitely would be a warranty problem and my suggestion is to telephone the Ford Th!nk Mobility Hotline 1-800-252-4221 and have them tow your Th!nk ASAP to Future Ford at 3020 Taylor Road, Roseville. Be sure to specify that address or they will tow it to the AutoMall Dealership Shops and that is NOT where it is supposed to go. If you experience any problems getting immediate action then call Future Ford direct at (916) 677-5565 and ask for Tony Zisa. If you still have problems give me a call at 408-3797 and I will make some phone calls on your behalf but that really should not be neccessary.
